Paulus Magnus is a modernist architect school that values ​​pure design. When he received the order to build an Italian villa, was surprised. "Look, I'm a contemporary architect," countered at the time. But the client wanted a villa with the look of Magnus. So, yes, the challenge was launched. Thus was born the design of this house of 700 m², a street closed the Jardim Paulista, São Paulo, for a businesswoman and two young daughters.
